Projects Under Development

Evans 2 is a 10.72 acre vacant land acquisition located in Dayton, Nevada. The asset was purchased in September 2021. It is proposed to be developed into a 173,600 SF light industrial-suburban (LI-S) warehouse and 8,000 SF of office. The development will have 161 parking stalls and 25 truck docks.

Castro is a mixed-use project located on the corner of Castro Street and El Camino Real, the “gateway” of Mountain View. Castro purports to address many concerns facing the city of Mountain View and its residents today.

Wave was purchased in January 2010, originally as a parking lot with no existing utilities. Wave is a 5,158 square foot property that has been developed into four two-story condominium units, each between 1,340-1,400 square feet. Stella Estates, located at 1727 Thomas Road in Medford, OR was purchased in 2007 as three contiguous parcels totaling 7.86 acres. The development is proposed for 39 homes. Each lot is roughly 5000 sq/ft. Of the 39 lots, 8 are designed to consist of townhome-type units. The plans propose the remaining 31 homes to be 3 bed/2 bath, ~1600-1650 sq/ft single-family homes. The project has been designed to preserve existing wetland areas in accordance with state and federally-approved wetland compensatory mitigation plans.
