Projects Under Development

Evans 2 is a 10.72 acre vacant land acquisition located in Dayton, Nevada. The asset was purchased in September 2021. It is proposed to be developed into a 173,600 SF light industrial-suburban (LI-S) warehouse and 8,000 SF of office. The development will have 161 parking stalls and 25 truck docks.

Castro is a mixed-use project located on the corner of Castro Street and El Camino Real, the “gateway” of Mountain View. Castro purports to address many concerns facing the city of Mountain View and its residents today.
