GPR Ventures has completed the purchase of a 23,000 square foot industrial property located at 6201 27th Street in the Power Inn submarket of Sacramento. The building includes both warehouse and office space and is 100 percent occupied by Sunoptics, a designer and manufacturer of prismatic skylights and daylighting delivery systems. This property marks the fourth acquisition in the past month and 28th purchase overall for GPR Ventures, which closed escrow on January 8.
“We are excited to further expand the GPR Ventures footprint into South Sacramento,” said GPR Ventures co-founder and Managing Principal Phil Rolla. “This property provides a great opportunity to develop our presence in a new local submarket and take a very active approach to property management and tenant relations, as we do with all of our properties.”
“Sacramento’s industrial market continues to shine, even in such a disruptive year, and the submarkets within South Sacramento offer tremendous growth opportunity,” said Glen Yonekura, GPR Ventures co-founder and Managing Principal. “As we look towards enhancing our portfolio throughout the rest of the year, industrial properties will continue to be a key focus for GPR Ventures.”
The property is situated on a 1.38-acre lot and includes 10,000 square feet of office space, a sizeable, fenced yard, and abundant warehouse space. The space also features six grade-level doors that allow easy access for forklifts, hand trucks and foot traffic throughout the warehouse area.
The property is located just minutes away from Highway 99, as well as the 47th Avenue light rail station to provide an easy commute.
