Point West is a 56,568 square foot multi-tenant commercial office building located in Sacramento, California. At the time of the May 2014 purchase, the building was 52% leased. Ownership completed major exterior and interior renovations and was very proactive in on-site management and leasing efforts, boosting the occupancy rate to 97% by the time of the building’s successful sale in December 2017.
