Charter Park

Charter Park consists of two light industrial buildings totaling 53,399 square feet and is located in San Jose, California. At the time of the August 2012 acquisition, the buildings were 53% leased. Ownership completed exterior and interior upgrades, resulting in 100% occupancy at the time of the building’s successful sale in July 2015.
