Kristie Kuechler contributes to portfolio management, tenant and investor relations, and assists with detailed financial analysis. Kristie also serves in the Asset Management division of Dan Caputo Co. managing a diverse portfolio of Class A office, commercial R&D, and retail properties. Kristie’s expertise is in maintaining excellent tenant relations, budgeting and forecasting, as well as overseeing multiple tenant improvement projects at one time. Prior to joining DCCO, Kristie worked at Spieker Partners for seven years and Sobrato Development Companies for 15 years.

Kristie graduated from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism.
