Armstrong

Armstrong is a two-story commercial office building located in Mather, California. The building totals 42,395 square feet and was purchased in November 2013. In 2017, ownership completed a transformative renovation. The numerous capital improvements include additional exterior windows, new awning and walkways, a complete lobby refresh, common area artwork, lobby bathroom upgrades, improved landscaping, and upgraded lighting.
