Phillip Rolla is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of GPR Ventures and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Under his guidance and leadership, GPR Ventures has purchased more than $500 million in real estate totaling nearly 3 million square feet since 2011. The firm has built a reputation for providing highly engaged asset management solutions and services that create a premium tenant experience.

Phil also serves as Executive Vice President and Principal of Dan Caputo Co., where he is the Managing Partner of his family’s office. Prior to joining Dan Caputo Co. in 1999, Phil spearheaded acquisitions and asset management throughout the United States and Canada as Principal at ING Realty Partners. An active member of the community, he sits on numerous boards ranging from professional associations, non-profits, and youth sports. Phil played soccer at Claremont McKenna College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government. He studied abroad in London at the London School of Economics. In his spare time, Phil enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
